We recently launched our newly redesigned company website, www.dnatesting.com. If you are reading this, you possibly accessed our blog via the new website. Since 1993, IDENTIGENE has been a leader in the DNA paternity testing field. We were the first DNA paternity test to be marketed directly to consumers, bought online, and available at the drugstore and at super centers nationwide. Because of IDENTIGENE’s direct-to-consumer focus, it was elemental that the website be redesigned to provide more straightforward and time-saving product information as well as incorporate quality short, informational videos that provide the customer with the information they need before making an informed and trusting purchase decision.
On the newly designed website’s home page, consumers can access eleven new informative videos. The topics cover everything from how the product works to special New York State testing requirements to court admissible DNA paternity testing. Also, current customers have easy access to their test results by typing in their username and password. Other highlights to the home page include ‘Find a Store’, ‘Buy Online’, ‘One Day Rush Processing’, and icons that link the consumer to IDENTIGENE’s social media pages on Facebook, Twitter and Google+.
The links at the top of the home page include: Buy Now, Home Paternity Test, Legal DNA Test, DNA Laboratory, and Resources. Under each of these categories, consumers can access several sub categories. Moreover, the webpage allows consumers to access many topics surrounding DNA testing, not just DNA paternity testing. For example, under the ‘Resources’ tab, consumers have access to the DNA testing blog, Gentopedia (an encyclopedia-like information source covering the history of DNA and where the science is today), frequently asked questions, test stories and counseling services.
We hope that the newly designed webpage will showcase our company’s dedication to staying current with the ever-changing social media world as well as provide current customers and potential customers with a stress-free, user friendly, informative consumer product website. ‘We are extremely satisfied with our new webpage design. We think it is very user-friendly and vastly informative,’ says Steve Smith, Executive Director. ‘Any person that is curious about DNA testing can obtain all the information they need just from our site,’ adds Smith.

A high school girlfriend of mine and I were briefly reunited while her and her husband were separated. She got pregnant. Her soon to be ex husband had always denied being this girls Father. She GREW UP thinking no FATHER type person loved her. Last year her mother, my beloved high school sweetheart. committed suicide. Her daughter and I decided on Identigene to find out if I am the Father she always wanted. and she could be the daughter that I always wanted. We are both eagerly awaiting the results. Both of us want this test to be positive so bad it hurts even thinking it might come back negative. I am married now and have three wonderful children and a loving patient wife who are already making room in our home and lives for this young girl. My oldest daughter with my wife and this young girl have already become friends. I pray that these tests come back positive. Thank you Identigene for helping with building this family. I only wish I had used the express mail and the one day turn around but I didn’t know it was an option. But I would have used it.

Corey, what a touching story. I know you and your alleged daughter are eagerly awaiting results. If you call us with your case #, we can help you follow your test, even letting you know when we receive it. Our number is 888-404-4363. We hope your daughter is biologically yours as well but want to also say that blood doesn’t make someone a “father”, dedication, love and kindness are key components! It sounds like you have all three by the way you have written to us. Best wishes and please call us.
