When you fill out the order form you receive with your DNA Testing Kit, a portion will ask how you would like to receive your results. One option, and the one we recommend most, is to access results is online. Here you will enter a username and password. We recommend using your email address as this username and you can choose ANY password. Write this information down so that you do not misplace it as it will require additional paperwork to make changes.
After you receive an email from IDENTIGENE confirming that results are ready, you can visit DNAtesting.com, login using the username and password, and view your test results. Remember your password is case sensitive, so enter it exactly as you wrote it on the order form. If you have further questions, don’t hesitate to contact our client support team at 888-404-4363.

If you used the pre-paid mailer included in your kit it will take 5-10 business days to arrive at our lab. You will receive emails to notify you when the samples arrive to our lab and when your results are ready for viewing if you included an email address on your paperwork. Once you receive the email that your results are ready, you can login online at DNAtesting.com with your email (username) and password or you can call our client support at 1-888-404-4363 to check the status of your test. If your samples are already here and your information is in the system, you should be able to log in, but we might need to check to see if your log in and password are spelled correctly. It’s also important to remember that the log in is usually your full email address.

Hi, Shanese! If you included an email address on your paperwork, an alert will be sent to the address once samples arrive and testing begins. You will also be given an estimate on when your report will be posted. Once you receive an email confirmation that your results are ready, you can log in and view them. It takes 5-7 business days for samples to be delivered to the lab, so you should receive notification that they’re here sometime this week. Hope this helps!

Other questions and answers I have read confirmed everything else. Which my main thing was how would I even know that it made it. Hi, Kirsy. For an at-home test, unless your name is on the test, we cannot release any information to you, per HIPAA regulations. The burden is on the adult participant in a test (the father baby in this case), to obtain any needed consent or permission from a legal guardian for testing of a minor child prior to testing.
