1. Call IDENTIGENE at 1-800-344-9583. In order to maintain chain of custody, we must send a collection kit directly to the approved collection facility. If you’ve already purchased an at-home kit, no problem. We’ll refund your account.
2. Pay for the lab fee and collection fee with a major credit card or money order
3. Agree upon a convenient place and time to meet with an IDENTIGENE sample Collector. This person will witness the DNA collection, help you fill out appropriate paperwork, verify photo identification and mail in the DNA specimens
4. Log in to dnatesting.com for your test results
