I filled out the paperwork and mailed in. When they emailed me the info some dates were wrong, due to my printing. Excellent customer phone support, they fixed it right away and emailed the corrected info while on the phone. Also answered some other questions I had. Would buy again. This product is inexpensive for accurate results of paternity issue. The lab results was given to me two days exactly. It beats paying $300 for a DNA test elsewhere. I know this to be accurate
