What if my Paternity test kit box says “$129 Lab Fee”? Even if your Paternity test kit box says the lab fee is $129, if we receive your test on or after September 18, your lab fee is just $119. If we received your test before September 18, 2014 you were charged the lab fee as shown on your kit. If we receive your test on or after September 18, the lab fee is $119. What’s included with the $119 lab fee? The IDENTIGENE lab fee includes one alleged father, one child, and one mother (optional).
